With an executive background in operations, compliance, finance, and organizational leadership, Samantha specializes in bringing clarity to complex environments. She has led multi-state operational teams, developed audit-ready compliance systems, strengthened financial stewardship practices, and implemented scalable infrastructure that supports both growth and accountability. Her work often includes grant compliance oversight, payroll and fringe allocation structuring, HR systems development, risk mitigation strategy, and operational process design.

Samantha holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Business Compliance and Employment Law from Texas A&M School of Law. Her academic foundation complements her real-world experience, allowing her to approach organizations with both strategic depth and regulatory awareness.

She believes strategy is not about predicting the future but preparing for it. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful leadership, disciplined systems, and ethical decision-making. Jon Moore brings more than 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, with a career built from the ground up as an over-the-road truck driver and successful owner operator. His firsthand knowledge of the industry gives him a rare and practical understanding of both the operational and financial realities of transportation.

Throughout his career, Jon has worked extensively in operations leadership, overseeing fleet management, equipment maintenance programs, compliance oversight, and driver recruitment and retention strategies. He understands what keeps trucks moving, drivers supported, and margins protected. His leadership approach balances operational efficiency with relationship-driven management, recognizing that strong driver retention is essential to long-term success.

A graduate of Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri, Jon combines his real-world industry expertise with formal business education. He brings strategic insight into logistics operations, transportation management, financial planning, and business development.

Jon adds significant value to our logistics and transportation team through his deep operational knowledge, disciplined financial perspective, and commitment to sustainable growth. His experience allows us to deliver transportation solutions that are both efficient and strategically sound.

Bill Mitchell brings more than 24 years of experience across education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and business strategy. His work has consistently focused on building strategic partnerships that strengthen communities and create sustainable economic pathways.

Bill Mitchell brings more than 24 years of experience across education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and business strategy. His work has consistently focused on building strategic partnerships that strengthen communities and create sustainable economic pathways.

Throughout his career, Bill has led collaborative initiatives connecting school districts, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and industry partners to develop internship programs, apprenticeships, scholarship models, and workforce pipelines. As a Career and Technical Education leader in Silicon Valley, he built employer-aligned programs in partnership with global technology companies including Cisco and Juniper Networks, aligning education systems with high-demand industry needs.

In 2017, Bill transitioned from education leadership into entrepreneurship and public affairs. He co-founded ScholarPath, a technology company that developed an engagement platform supporting high school seniors in their transition to post-secondary education or the workforce. He also founded Chiron Enterprises, where he serves as a political consultant focused on education-related initiatives and policy strategy. His work has included collaboration with military leaders to strengthen recruitment through career pathway development.

Bill’s experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors uniquely positions him in government relations and strategic advocacy efforts. He understands how policy, funding, and workforce systems intersect and brings a solutions-oriented, relationship-driven approach to stakeholder engagement.

He holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing with an emphasis in Finance and an MA in School Leadership from Lindenwood University.
